Dear Families,

Wow-it has been a while since my last "official" newsletter! Sorry. It has been a little overwhelming as of late outside of school, but your students have continued to learn and grow and reach while in my absence. They really are amazing!

We have had a tremendous time with our studies of the life cycle of plants as well as our mission to Namibia with our Go2Science program! We have been super busy here at school finishing up our relative abundance study in Etosha national Park in Namibia, Africa and deciding if the hypothesis was true or false (ask your student what they believe the hypothesis to be).

The world is waking up! I hope all of the bean plants made it home safely and that you might find a cozy little spot to help your student grow their beanstalk... Will it get as tall as Jack's did in that familiar story? At least we didn't have to trade our cow for those beans!

Assessments begin next week as we head into the last couple of weeks of kindergarten and begin thinking about first grade! Oh my!

Have a wonderful weekend and please be safe!
